What is Freestyle Disc?

This Sport doesn´t just require throwing and catching, it´s about controlling the disc, creating your individual style and flowing from one crazy trick to the next insane move. There is just you and the disc, but the most fun is jamming* with others and connecting your tricks into combinations.

But Freestyle Disc is a lot more - you can compete in tournaments around the world to show your best stuff or connect with other players in the Freestyle Community. The sport originated in America, and the first freestyle tournament was held in 1974 at the Canadian Open Frisbee Festival. Since then, freestyle has exploded into an international phenomenon.
